I paid my Traderline license, but I received an email saying that there was an error processing the subscription. What should I do?
In these cases, even though the payment was already credited from your account, our system wasn't able to confirm the payment. You then receive an email saying that there was an error processing your subscription. When this happens, we will manually confirm the payment and process your license.
