1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Traderline ("we" or "our") and you, referred to as the "member" or "user." The Traderline application/service, available for both desktop and mobile, is referred to here as "Traderline".

1.2 You must hold an active Betfair account to use Traderline.

2. Application Usage

2.1 Access to and use of Traderline are subject to these Terms, available on our desktop and mobile applications as well as our website.

2.2 Traderline provides services exclusively for Betfair account holders. It is not intended for users in jurisdictions where its use would conflict with local laws or regulations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Traderline is a client application for Betfair that integrates additional features and tools, some of which are not available on Betfair’s platform, to support user control and efficiency in trading.

2.3 You must be a registered Betfair account holder to access the information and services on Traderline.

3. Content

3.1 We strive to keep the information on our website, desktop, and mobile applications accurate and up to date but do not guarantee its accuracy at all times.

3.2 We are not responsible for external websites linked to Traderline. You are subject to the terms and conditions of each third-party site.

3.3 All material on Traderline’s website and applications, including but not limited to text, software, graphics, and trademarks, is protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.

3.4 You may not use our trademarks or trade names for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Information on Traderline’s website and applications is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant compatibility with your devices or uninterrupted service.

4.2 Traderline may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. We reserve the right to change the content or technical specifications of any aspect of Traderline at any time.

4.3 We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising as secondary effects from any primary loss or damage.

4.4 Traderline does not assume responsibility for any changes in legal context that may require cessation of its services, including any prohibition or licensing requirements.

4.5 Traderline's obligations and services terminate upon the cessation of its service.

5. Payment

5.1 Subscription plans provide unlimited access to Traderline for the selected period. Once this period expires, a new subscription is required to continue access.

7. Affiliates

7.1 Affiliates are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specified in their Affiliate Agreement. Traderline reserves the right to modify affiliate terms, including but not limited to commission structures, at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affiliates.

7.2 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotions of Traderline adhere to local laws and regulations, including but not limited to Betfair account holder requirements.

Affiliates Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") form an agreement between Traderline ("we," "us," or "our") and the approved individual or entity participating in our Affiliate Program ("Affiliate" or "you").

1.2 By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to abide by these Affiliate Terms, along with the Traderline general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable local laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility and Affiliate Approval

2.1 Affiliates must complete an application process to be eligible for the Traderline Affiliate Program. Acceptance is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any application without obligation to disclose reasons.

2.2 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including any regulations specific to online trading and gaming in their jurisdiction.

2.3 Affiliates may not operate in jurisdictions where promotion of Betfair services is prohibited.

3. Responsibilities of Affiliates

3.1 Affiliates are responsible for promoting Traderline in a way that is lawful, ethical, and compliant with these Affiliate Terms. Affiliates must not make false claims or misrepresent the Traderline service or its relationship with Betfair.

3.2 Affiliates may only use marketing materials provided by Traderline or approved in writing. Any other content or materials must be approved by Traderline in advance.

3.3 Affiliates must ensure that any users referred through their channels are registered Betfair account holders, as Traderline services are only available to such users. Affiliates may not target users in the United States or other restricted jurisdictions.

4. Commission Structure and Payment

4.1 Commissions are paid only after subscription payments are received from referred users.

4.2 A minimum balance of €150 is required to request commission payments from Traderline.

5. Limitations and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Affiliates may not engage in unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spam, false advertising, or unauthorized use of Traderline or Betfair trademarks or copyrighted materials.

5.2 Affiliates may not promote Traderline in any way that violates Betfair’s terms and conditions or creates a risk of liability for Traderline.

5.3 Affiliates may not create social media pages, domains, or online properties that imply they are Traderline or Betfair, or that use Traderline or Betfair branding in a misleading way.

6. Term and Termination

6.1 This agreement remains in effect unless terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

6.2 Traderline reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if the Affiliate violates any of these Affiliate Terms or engages in activities Traderline deems harmful or inappropriate.

6.3 Upon termination, Affiliates must remove all Traderline materials and cease promotion. Outstanding commissions may be forfeited if the agreement is terminated due to a violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Traderline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this agreement.

7.2 Traderline’s total liability is limited to the amount of commission owed to the Affiliate as of the date of any claim.

8. Modification of Terms

8.1 Traderline reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms with 30 days’ notice to Affiliates. Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
