Jurisdiction and Licensing Clarity

Traderline is a software interface for licensed betting exchanges/operators only and is not itself a gambling operator. All betting and trading activities are subject to the rules, licenses, and terms of the relevant licensed exchanges or operators.

Traderline does not accept, process, or hold client bets or funds. These activities are managed exclusively by licensed betting exchanges or operators.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. Traderline may restrict or deny access in regions where its services would be prohibited or otherwise infringe applicable law.

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Traderline ("we" or "our") and you, referred to as the "member" or "user." The Traderline application/service, available for both desktop and mobile, is referred to here as "Traderline".

1.2 You must hold an active Betfair account to use Traderline.

2. Application Usage

2.1 Access to and use of Traderline are subject to these Terms, available on our desktop and mobile applications as well as our website.

2.2 Traderline provides services exclusively for Betfair account holders. It is not intended for users in jurisdictions where its use would conflict with local laws or regulations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Traderline is a client application for Betfair that integrates additional features and tools, some of which are not available on Betfair's platform, to support user control and efficiency in trading.

2.3 You must be a registered Betfair account holder to access the information and services on Traderline.

3. Content

3.1 We strive to keep the information on our website, desktop, and mobile applications accurate and up to date but do not guarantee its accuracy at all times.

3.2 We are not responsible for external websites linked to Traderline. You are subject to the terms and conditions of each third-party site.

3.3 All material on Traderline's website and applications, including but not limited to text, software, graphics, and trademarks, is protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.

3.4 You may not use our trademarks or trade names for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Information on Traderline's website and applications is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant compatibility with your devices or uninterrupted service.

4.2 Traderline may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. We reserve the right to change the content or technical specifications of any aspect of Traderline at any time.

4.3 We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising as secondary effects from any primary loss or damage.

4.4 Traderline does not assume responsibility for any changes in legal context that may require cessation of its services, including any prohibition or licensing requirements.

4.5 Traderline's obligations and services terminate upon the cessation of its service.

5. Payment

5.1 Subscription plans provide unlimited access to Traderline for the selected period. Once this period expires, a new subscription is required to continue access.

6. Return/Refund Policy

6.1 No refunds are available for subscription periods already commenced or completed.

6.2 All purchases are final and non-refundable.

7. Affiliates

7.1 Affiliates are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specified in their Affiliate Agreement. Traderline reserves the right to modify affiliate terms, including but not limited to commission structures, at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affiliates.

7.2 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotions of Traderline adhere to local laws and regulations, including but not limited to Betfair account holder requirements.
