1. Organiser & funding. This promotion was organised and funded solely by Mythical Technologies, Lda (VAT 513557849), Coimbra, Portugal ("Traderline"), from its own resources. It was not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Polymarket; the name "Polymarket" is used only to identify the third-party venue on which eligible activity took place.

2. Prize structure. For July 2026 the pool ran across two independent boards: a monthly pool of 5,000 USD shared among the top 25 by matched volume over the calendar month, and a weekly pool totalling 5,000 USD across the month's Sunday-to-Sunday rounds (UTC), shared among the top 10 each week. A participant could place in both boards. The amount allocated to each rank is published on this page.

3. No element of chance. Ranking was determined solely by each participant's matched trading volume routed through Traderline to Polymarket during the relevant period. Positions were earned by measured activity, not by any draw, lot, raffle, or element of chance. This was a performance ranking, not a lottery or game of chance.

4. Eligibility. Open to natural persons aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where they reside, if higher) who could lawfully access and place orders on Polymarket from their location, as determined by Polymarket's own geographic eligibility rules. The promotion was void where prohibited or restricted, including in Portugal and in any jurisdiction where prediction-market trading or this promotion is unlawful. Employees of Traderline and their immediate families were excluded.

5. Anti-manipulation. Wash trading, self-matching, spoofing, collusion, the use of multiple or third-party accounts, or any artificial inflation of volume results in disqualification and forfeiture of any reward, at Traderline's sole and reasonable determination.

6. Payment, identity verification & timing. Rewards are paid in fiat currency (US dollars, by bank transfer or another method Traderline specifies) — not in cryptocurrency — within 20 days after the relevant period closed. Payment of a reward is conditional on the recipient completing identity verification (KYC) and any anti-money-laundering checks required by Traderline's third-party payment provider. Traderline may require proof of identity, age, and country of residence before paying, may withhold a reward until verification is complete, and may forfeit it if the recipient does not complete verification within a reasonable period or is found ineligible under clause 4. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes due on rewards.

7. General. These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in the participant's country of residence. Disputes are otherwise subject to the general Traderline Terms & Conditions.
