1. Nature of Service

1.1
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Traderline ("we" or "our") and you, the user. The Traderline applications and services, available for desktop and mobile, are referred to here as "Traderline".
1.2
Traderline is a suite of client applications that connect to third-party exchanges through their public APIs. Traderline provides a professional trading interface with features such as ladder views, charting, one-click execution, and other tools designed to support trading efficiency. Each supported exchange has its own dedicated Traderline application. Traderline develops software exclusively for exchanges that are regulated, licensed, or operating in compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction of incorporation, and the software is intended for use by eligible users of those exchanges in jurisdictions where the exchange is authorised to operate.
1.3
Traderline is not an exchange, a gambling operator, a prediction market, a financial services provider, a broker, a skin, or a white-label of any exchange. Traderline does not operate or host any marketplace. All trading activity takes place entirely on the relevant exchange's infrastructure.
1.4
Traderline does not accept, process, or hold client bets, trades, or funds. These activities are managed exclusively by the relevant exchange or operator. Your account, your balance, and your positions belong to and are held by the exchange, not by Traderline.
1.5
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. Access to the underlying exchanges is controlled by those exchanges through their own compliance infrastructure; Traderline does not independently restrict or grant access to any exchange.
1.6
Traderline is provided as a software tool and, like any software, may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behaviour. Traderline does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from defects. Features such as order placement, price display, and data feeds depend on external APIs and network conditions beyond Traderline's control. You acknowledge that software errors, API latency, connectivity issues, or exchange-side outages may result in delayed, failed, or incorrectly executed actions, and Traderline shall not be liable for losses arising from such events.
1.7
The availability of Traderline for download or use does not constitute a representation or warranty that its use is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must independently verify that your use of Traderline and the underlying exchange complies with all applicable laws before using Traderline.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

2.1
We strive to keep the information on our website, desktop, and mobile applications accurate and up to date but do not guarantee its accuracy at all times.
2.2
We are not responsible for external websites linked to Traderline. You are subject to the terms and conditions of each third-party site.
2.3
All material on Traderline's website and applications, including but not limited to text, software, graphics, and trademarks, is protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.
2.4
You may not use our trademarks or trade names for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1
Information on Traderline's website and applications is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant compatibility with your devices or uninterrupted service.
3.2
Traderline may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. We reserve the right to change the content or technical specifications of any aspect of Traderline at any time.
3.3
We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising as secondary effects from any primary loss or damage.
3.4
Traderline products may be provided free of charge or subject to fees as described in the applicable product-specific terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Traderline's aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed fifty euros (EUR 50). You acknowledge that this liability cap reflects the nature and cost of Traderline, including where it is provided at no charge.
3.5
If a change in applicable law or a regulatory order requires Traderline to restrict, modify, or discontinue any of its services, Traderline will use reasonable efforts to comply promptly. In such circumstances, Traderline shall not be liable for any loss arising from the restriction, modification, or discontinuation of the affected service.

4. Regulatory Compliance

4.1
Mythical Technologies, Lda is registered in Portugal as a software development company (CAE 62010). Traderline is a software product. It is not a gambling service, a financial intermediary, or a payment service.
4.2
Traderline cooperates with regulatory authorities and will comply with any lawful order directed at it. Because Traderline does not hold user accounts or control access to any exchange, the restriction of user access is performed by the exchanges themselves through their own compliance and geo-restriction infrastructure. If you believe your use of a supported exchange may conflict with the laws of your jurisdiction, you must not use Traderline.
4.3
Traderline does not target, market, or promote its services to residents of jurisdictions where the underlying exchange is not licensed or otherwise not permitted to operate. The availability of Traderline's website or applications in a given jurisdiction does not constitute an offer or invitation to use Traderline where doing so would be unlawful. Traderline's website is available in English and Brazilian Portuguese to serve its international user base; the availability of content in a given language does not constitute targeting of any specific country or jurisdiction.
4.4
Any fees collected by Traderline, including builder fees on supported exchanges, constitute compensation for the provision of software services and API infrastructure. They do not represent a commission on, or participation in, any gambling, trading, or investment outcome. Where fees are calculated on a per-order basis, this pricing model reflects the structure of the relevant exchange's builder or vendor program and is a standard method of pricing API-based software services.
4.5
Eligibility verification, including age verification, identity verification, and geographic restriction enforcement, is performed by the underlying exchange, not by Traderline. Traderline relies on the exchange's own API-level controls and compliance infrastructure to restrict access from ineligible users. Users who misrepresent their eligibility do so in violation of these Terms and the underlying exchange's terms of use, and bear sole responsibility for the consequences.

5. Data Protection

5.1
Traderline processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation). Details on what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a data subject are set out in our Privacy Policy.
5.2
Traderline does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Traderline, its operators, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (i) your use of Traderline; (ii) your breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any law or regulation; (iv) your violation of any applicable exchange's terms of use; or (v) any false or misleading representation made under these Terms.

7. Modifications

Traderline may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on its website. Material changes will be notified through the application or by email where provided. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

Traderline may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Coimbra, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

10. Contact

For any questions regarding these Terms, contact us at help@traderline.com.

Jurisdictions where Polymarket permits closing positions only (including Poland, Singapore, Thailand, and Taiwan) are also considered Restricted Jurisdictions for the purpose of opening new positions. This list may change as Polymarket updates its geographic restrictions (the "Restricted Jurisdictions");

(c) You are not acting on behalf of, or under the direction of, any person located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;

(d) You are not listed on any sanctions list maintained by OFAC, the EU, or the UK; and

(e) You will not use any VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to Traderline or Polymarket.

Any breach of this Section is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access.

2. Relationship to Polymarket

Traderline is an independent third-party interface that connects to Polymarket via the public Polymarket Builder Program. Traderline is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Adventure One QSS, Inc., Blockratize, Inc., or any Polymarket entity.

Your use of Polymarket is governed by Polymarket's Terms of Use at polymarket.com/tos, which you must independently review and accept.

3. Software Service Fee (Builder Fee)

Traderline participates in the Polymarket Builder Program and may apply a builder fee to orders placed through the application. This fee constitutes compensation for the provision of software services and API infrastructure provided by Traderline. It is not a commission on, or participation in, any trading or investment outcome. The builder fee is separate from any fees charged by Polymarket itself.

The current builder fee rate is publicly queryable through Polymarket's builder profile system. Traderline will provide at least 3 days' advance notice before any change to the builder fee rate, in accordance with Polymarket's Builder Program policies.

4. Wallet and Key Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security, backup, and recovery of your private keys, wallets, and credentials. Traderline cannot recover, reset, or restore lost private keys.

If you import a private key originally generated through Polymarket's email login (Magic Link), you acknowledge that the key, once exported, is no longer recoverable through Polymarket's email recovery process.

Traderline takes reasonable measures to secure the application and protect user data. However, the ultimate responsibility for safeguarding your private keys and wallet credentials remains with you.

5. Trading Risk and No Advice

Trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss. Contracts traded on Polymarket are experimental, volatile, and irreversible. You may lose the full amount of any cryptoassets used to enter into a Contract.

Traderline does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. All information displayed in Traderline is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
